He served as Head of IT for Asian Rehabilitation Services for six years before spending 20 years as a County Biologist for the Los Angeles County Department of Agricultural Weights and Measures. His career is defined by his ability to bridge technological expertise with environmental sustainability.

Farley Legaspi (Board Treasurer)

Farley is a U.S. Army veteran who served with distinction as a supply specialist and armorer in Baghdad, Iraq. He holds a B.A. in Organizational Management and an MBA in Project Management. A lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Farley combines military discipline and meticulous attention to detail with a deep commitment to supporting his fellow veterans.

Rolly Dumlao (Board Secretary)

Rolly brings 15 years of experience from the Philippine National Police and a B.S. in Criminology to his leadership role. His background in law enforcement instilled a deep sense of compassion for marginalized communities. He focuses on organizational management and expanding the foundation’s impact, specifically by empowering disabled veterans through access to technology.

Paul Chomi (Board Member and Philippine Program Manager)

Paul is a businessman and BS Accounting graduate with experience as a Finance Manager, Cost Controller, and Procurement Manager. As Philippine Program Manager of Love To Serve Foundation, he leads fundraising initiatives, coordinates medical missions, and oversees computer and technology donation programs, ensuring impactful and well-managed services for communities in the Philippines.
